Anyone who packs llamas has to be able to stakeout animals near camp. This is the #1 most important task you will do at the end of each day. We as packers know its much easier to sleep at night when you know your animals will be where you left them come morning. We built these extra tough to sooth those worries.
Both the 20' and 10' picket lines are made of 1" ultra high strength tubular climbing webbing. This webbing is unsurpassed in strength and durability. Its smooth surface helps prevent burrs from sticking and water from absorbing into it. One end is sewn to accommodate a bull snap but can easily be changed out to a carabiner if needed. The other end is sewn with a very small loop so a carabiner can used to attach to your picket line of choice.
The 20' picket line is fully adjustable 16" from the picket line end. This allows you to easily adjust in case the length of the picket line may allow the llama to come in contact with an obstacle like trees or shrubs.
