Once we receive your order we will reach out to you and ship it out as soon as possible.

STEP 4:
Test out our premium llama gear free of charge for up to 7 days (starts upon arrival). 

STEP 5:
After 7 days, ship back to us clean and damage free in the original boxes.

STEP 6:
Participate in our Post Try Before You Buy Survey.

We’ll send you a link and QR code to an exit survey with your Try Before You Buy gear. If you love our gear, we ask that you post to your Instagram Page and Facebook pages while tagging @blackthundergear.
