Terms & Conditions

Black Thunder LLC offers you the ability to order select llama packing equipment to try at home for up to 7-days. If you choose to place a Try Before You Buy order, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must own or plan to own pack llamas in order to be eligible for this program

The Try Before You Buy Program is a free program to you. We only ask for you to cover the shipping costs. 

You must complete our Exit Survey following your trial to be eligible. 

Assuming you love our gear, we ask to support Black Thunder Llama Gear by following our Instagram Page, Like and follow our Facebook page. Please post pictures of our gear in action to your Instagram Page and Facebook Page tagging us in your post alongside tagging our Shop. Our Instagram handle is @blackthundergear

We reserve the right to refuse any Try Before You Buy transactions for any reason, including for orders or returns behavior or if we believe you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions. 

We have selected certain Black Thunder Llama Gear products that qualify for our Try Before You Buy Program. If you would like to test out an additional product that are not listed,  please reach out to us via email at demogear@blackthundergear.com. We will do our best to make any accommodations necessary. 

Payment

There is no charge for the fear you select under this program. We do ask that you pay shipping costs for products in our Try Before You Buy program. If you decide to purchase any Black Thunder Llama Gear from the Try Before You Buy Program, we’ll credit your next order the original shipping cost for the program. 

Returns

The Try Before You Buy Program is select gear to be used by other customers too. You are required to ship all gear and accessories back to us clean and damage free. When we receive a return, we will determine in our sole discretion if the products are in acceptable condition. If returned products are determined by us to not be in an acceptable condition, we may charge you for the purchase price.
